i'll contact you to discuss your bike and what it needs, then book the earliest available appointment.
An hour is usually sufficient for most simple mechanical repairs and fault-finding that can be done efficiently, without needing specialist tools or workshop equipment, the goal of the call-out is to get your bike back on the road.

But if your bike repair requires special tools or equipment, or new components that I will have to order in, the job may not be completed and additional workshop time will be needed?

If this scenario, I may offer to take your bike back to my workshop in BS6, where new parts can be sourced, ordered and fitted to complete the job.

Note:
A £65 call-out includes the first hour's labour and the additional operational costs incurred to serve you.
Only available in Central Bristol Postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8 or BS9
If work exceeds 1hr to complete, by agreement, any extra labour required will be charged at £30/hr rounded up to 15min increments.
My Call-out Service only operates Monday-Friday, during normal hours of business, unless it is urgent, then only by special prior arrangement.
Mechanical repairs only on legal e-bikes are available, but electronic diagnostics, system fault diagnosis, firmware updates and motor servicing are not offered by ilovesmybike.
Unfortunately I cannot take your eBike back to my workshop, as eBike's are too heavy for my car's bike rack and my insurance will not cover any accidental damage.
