My Mobile (Call-Out) Bicycle Repair Service costs *£65, which includes a maximum of 1hr labour at your home or office.

Follow these two simple steps to make a booking with iLovesMyBike.
Step 1. Please send me a message on WhatsApp and include a picture of your bike. Some extra photos may help me diagnose what may be wrong?
Step 2. i will then contact you to discuss your needs & requirements, before booking the earliest available appointment.
Usually, 1hr is sufficient for most simple mechanical repairs and fault-finding that can be done efficiently, without needing specialist tools or workshop equipment, the goal being to get your bike back on the road as quickly as possible.

Please note:
* The £65 call-out charge includes 1hr labour and my travel expenses and operational costs to serve you in *Central Bristol Postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8 or BS9
* If work exceeds 1hr to complete, by agreement, any extra labour required will be charged at £30/hr rounded up to 15min increments.
* The Call-out Service only operates Monday-Friday, during normal hours of business, unless it is urgent, then only by special arrangement.
* Mechanical repairs only on legal e-bikes are available, but electronic diagnostics, system fault diagnosis, firmware updates and motor servicing are not offered by ilovesmybike.
* Unfortunately I cannot take your eBike back to my workshop, as eBike's are too heavy for my car's bike rack and my insurance will not cover any accidental damage.
