Two simple steps to make a booking with iLovesMyBike...
Step 1. Please send me a message on WhatsApp
Step 2. I will then contact you to discuss your needs & requirements, before booking the earliest available appointment.
Your Full Service options...
Step 3. Before the appointment, I will offer you a choice of *Home-Collection, or you can drop the bike off to iLovesMyBike's workshop in BS6.
Step 4. After my initial assessment and any guidance from you, I will recommend the right level of Full Service offer based on the overall condition of your bike and frequency of use.
I will offer you an estimate for any new parts needed to undertake the Full Service.
If you need a written quotation, I offer a detailed Health Check, which is a Pre-Service bike inspection & report.
Your Service Period. This the time needed to complete the Full Service schedule to a professional standard.
Step 5. During this period, I will keep you fully informed, particularly if I encounter something unexpected.
Note: **If something unexpected costs more to fix, I will always contact you for approval before proceeding further.
Step 6. When the work on your bike is complete, I will send a final invoice, which must be paid in full before your bike can be returned.
(Optional) *Home Collection & Return
iLovesMyBike personally handles Customer's bikes during Home Collection & Return and your bike is fully insured whilst in my care.
I charge £20 for Home-Collection and £20 for Return only within Central Bristol Postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8 or BS9 in order to cover my travel time & operational expenses.
