How to make a booking for a full service on your bike.
Step 1. Please send me a message on WhatsApp - sharing your Name and *Postcode, plus the brand, model name and approximate year of your bike?
Step 2. I will then phone you to discuss your needs & requirements, ask & answer any questions and book the earliest available appointment.
Step 3. On the day and time we agreed, I can either *Home-Collect your bike, or you can drop it off to iLMB HQ in BS6.
Step 4. After my initial assessment and any guidance from you, I can recommend which level of Full Service will be most appropriate for the condition of your bike and your level of use.
At this stage, I can also offer you a verbal estimate of costs, if any new parts are needed to complete your service.
If you require a written quotation, I offer a detailed Health Check, which is a detailed Pre-Service bike inspection & written quotation of costs for labour and new parts.
Note:
An estimate is an approximate price, that may change depending on what I find after the Service Period starts.
A quotation is an agreed, fixed price.
The Service Period. (The time needed to complete the full service schedule)
Step 5. During your Service Period, I will keep you informed of work progress and if I encounter *anything unexpected.
Note: *If this will cost more to resolve, I will always contact you for approval, before proceeding with any further work.
Step 6. When the work is complete, you will be sent a final invoice via WhatsApp, which must be paid in full before your bike can be returned to you, either by paying for a *Home Return or by you picking it up from iLMB HQ.
