How to book a Full Service on your bike

Step 6 — My Assessment & recommendations

After collecting your bike and assessing its condition on the workstand and on the road, i will get back in touch to offer you an estimate for any new parts needed, which are in addition to the cost of the Full Service and must be paid for in advance.

Step 7 — The Service Period

The Service Period is how i describe the time needed to complete the Full Service schedule to a high standard, start to finish.

While i work through it, i'll keep you posted on WhatsApp— especially if i come across anything unexpected. If fixing it will cost more, i'll always get your approval before going ahead.

Step 8 — Returning your bike to you (Home Return)

Once your bike is ready, i'll send your final invoice, which needs to be paid in full before your bike can be returned to you (if you chose Home-return at the start of the booking process) or alternatively you can arrange to pick it up (free of charge) from my BS6 workshop.

My Home Collection & Return service is fully insured

i personally handle your bike throughout the end-to-end service, and it is fully insured whilst in my care.
