My Mobile (Call-Out) Bicycle Repair Service costs *£65, which includes a maximum of 1hr labour at your home or office.

Two steps to make a booking with iLovesMyBike...
Step 1. Please send me a message on WhatsApp and include an image of your whole bike. Zoom-in on the problem area too and take some photos, so I can better understand what may be wrong and find out what tools/parts I need to bring.
Step 2. I will then phone you to discuss your needs & requirements in more depth, and to ask and answer any questions, before making the earliest convenient appointment with you.
Usually, 1hr is sufficient for most simple mechanical repairs and fault-finding that can be done efficiently, without needing specialist tools or workshop equipment, the goal being to get your bike back on the road as quickly as possible.

If your bike repair requires specialist tools or workshop equipment and/or specific new components that are unavailable during a call-out service, a full repair may not be completed during the visit and additional workshop time may be needed.

If this scenario, I can take your (non-electric) bike back to my workshop, where new parts can be researched and ordered (often for delivery 48hrs later) and the additional work will still be completed in a timely way, but as a separate bespoke service, with a quotation provided for your approval before any work is carried out.

Notes
* The £65 call-out charge includes my travel expenses and operational costs to serve you in *Central Bristol Postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8 or BS9
* If work exceeds 1hr to complete, by agreement, any extra labour required will be charged at £30/hr rounded up to 15min increments.
* The Call-out Service only operates Monday-Friday, during normal hours of business, unless it is urgent, then only by special arrangement.
* Mechanical repairs only on legal e-bikes are available, but electronic diagnostics, system fault diagnosis, firmware updates and motor servicing are not offered by ilovesmybike.
* Unfortunately I cannot take your eBike back to my workshop, as eBike's are too heavy for my car's bike rack and my insurance will not cover any accidental damage.
