The i of iLovesMyBike means that you are buying me, with 17 years experience of working as a Bike Mechanic/Bike Technician. This means that:
i run the (sole trader) business.
i answer your enquiries.
i collect and deliver your bike.
i service your bike.
i alone communicate with you during your Service Period.
i alone am responsible for the high quality of the finished work.
All of the components i offer at iLMB will come with warranty guidelines from the manufacturer. i adhere strictly to manufacturers warranty terms & conditions and will support customers fully through this process.
Your bike is fully insured, whilst in my care.
E-bike servicing note: Mechanical servicing and repairs on e-bikes are available, but electronic diagnostics, system fault diagnosis, firmware updates and motor servicing are not yet offered at this time.
