Pre-Service Health Check + Written Quote (1.5hrs)

A Pre-Service for new customers, who require a full written quote before committing to a Full Service.

Outcome

A full written quote for labour and new parts, which will be needed during your Full Service Period, (either 3hrs or 5hrs) - All new components fitted will ensure your bike will function optimally again.

Labour: A detailed components-audit and inspection that uncovers the level of hidden-component wear, which a quick-glance-over at your local bike shop can often miss. 

The quote itemises the cost new parts that will need fitting during your Service Period - components that are specific to your bike's original build specification.

The major benefit? 

Before any big financial commitment, the written quote helps you make an informed decision.

Primary Care Service (2hrs)

£60

(Every 3-6 months) 

My 2hr Full Service is the best choice if your bike is already in good condition and you want peace of mind that everything is working optimally. 

Labour only. No new parts are fitted during the 2hr Full Service Period, but If any parts need replacing due to wear, then the service will automatically be upgraded to a Secondary Care Service. I will tell you when this happens, so there are no surprises.

Service Focus: Follows a preventative maintenance Full Service Schedule designed to ensure your bike functions optimally and will be both safe and a joy to ride.

Price is subject to the existing components being in serviceable condition.

Secondary Care Service (3hrs)

£90 (+ cost of new parts)

(Every 6-12 months)

My comprehensive 3hr Full Service is designed for all bikes, in regular or daily use that have some previous service history.

Labour: includes drivetrain cleaning, major component servicing and the fitting of *selected new parts where required, these include consumables: new brake pads, control cables, chain, cassette and tyres.

Note: All new parts must be paid for in advance of your Full Service Period.

Service Focus: Follows a preventative maintenance Full Service Schedule, designed to ensure your bike functions optimally and will be both safe and a joy to ride.

*Surcharge labour at £30/hr for replacing sealed bearings or any internal cable routing, as these tasks take extra time.

Hydraulic brake bleeding is £30 per caliper for Shimano (mineral oil) & SRAM (DOT) hydraulic fluid systems.

Price is subject to the existing components being in serviceable condition.

Tertiary Care Service (5hrs)

£150 (+cost of new parts)

(Every 6-9 months)

My premium-level 5hr Full Service is designed for regular riders and performance-focused cyclists, who really want to look after their bike/s. 

Service Focus: Every major individual component is removed, cleaned by hand and serviced, before reassembly onto your frame, before being adjusted and tested.

Labour: includes drivetrain cleaning, major component servicing and the fitting of *selected new parts where required, these include consumables: new brake pads, control cables, chain, cassette and tyres.

Note: All new parts must be paid for in advance of your Full Service Period.
