One More Thing

Although I have been trading since 2020, i have only just decided to add Google Analytics to my Google Sites website to understand the frequency of site visits. This Privacy Policy is necessary under GDPR law, but from 12/06/2026

1. i'm using Google Analytics.

2. i don't have a contact form on the website, preferring a (call to action) WhatsApp button.

3. i don't currently collect online booking requests.

4. To manage your customer experience, i do use an old fashioned paper notebook and pen to record personal details and notes that are generated before and during your service, that i can freely share with you on written or verbal request, if I can find them by date entered.

5. i do reserve the right to take photos of your bike for marketing purposes (but not of you with your bike). These digital photos are often used to provide you with "service evidence" via a Google Photos link pasted onto your final invoice or sent to you via WhatsApp during your Service Period, but only when i need to share visual information with you. i do not record any of your personal details in presenting the service evidence to you or share this link with anyone else.

6. Here is an example i sent someone when a part was missing from an obsolete component that i had purchased on eBay to complete a customers bike repair.
