If you are a small or large Business, a Local School or a Community Group Events Organiser, sponsoring a Dr Bike Event is a great way to show your organisation's commitment to healthy lifestyles, sustainable transport choices and safer cycling.
As the Dr Bike Event sponsor, i can help you plan your event and can deliver it (solo) for a maximum of 8 participants over a miniumum 4 hour period, with each participant pre-booking 30min time slots. If you want more capacity please get in touch to discuss your needs.
For helping you plan and deliver a single Dr Bike event as described above, i charge the Dr Bike Event Sponsor £200.00, but if you want to invite more participants for one or multiple events, then I will need to hire another experienced freelance mechanic. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas?
Who benefits from a Dr Bike Event?
For the participants, a Dr Bike event is essentially a free cycle surgery, offering half-hour 'safety check' slots for each bike presented. During each slot, iLovesMyBike will give every bike a safety check and tune-up, making adjustments to the brakes and gears.
Additionally for each participant, iLovesMyBike will issue a Dr Bike 'prescription' which details what has been done (mechanically) to their bike and will itemise any new parts needed and also any further workshop time recommended after the event, which the participant can follow up in their own time and at their own cost.
i have delivered over 30 Dr Bike Events for sponsored participants in a range of locations across Bristol and Bath, so if your Business, School or Workplace would like to host a Dr Bike Event, please get in touch below (with no obligation) to discuss how I can help you manage your Event?
Dr Bike Event Prescription - given to Participants with hand-written notes & advisories.
