What is your urgency?
A STANDARD Service (scheduled into my current workload) or a PRIORITY Service (same-day, for when you can't wait) are both available for mobile call-outs, but at different prices, which reflect the responsiveness and convenience of your choice. Both include 60 minutes on-site and full insurance cover, while your bike's in my care.

Assess your urgency first - choose between a STANDARD Service or a PRIORITY Service.
Next, share your choice of Service and postcode with me on WhatsApp to receive a call-out quote.
Don't forget to include :
Some clear photos that focus on the part/s of the bike you think are causing the problem.
Your bike's Brand and model name in photos or text.
i will calculate the price of the call-out, based on your postcode location and urgency.

Your Call-out price includes the first 60mins labour. Beyond which, a surcharge for extra labour applies @£30/hr rounded up to nearest 30mins.
Operates Monday–Friday from 09.00-17.00

The aim of my Mobile call-out Bike Repair Service
Is to prioritise the one fix / repair that gets you back on the road quickly, not to turn one job into ten if i find any more mechanical issues, which are almost always due to irregular bike servicing.
Is to prioritise the one fix / repair that gets you back on the road quickly, not to turn one job into ten if i find any more mechanical issues, which are almost always due to irregular bike servicing.
Most common single repairs and fault-diagnoses can be sorted out within an hour — that's typically enough time for an experienced mechanic working without the need for specialist tools or workshop equipment.
Most common single repairs and fault-diagnoses can be sorted out within an hour — that's typically enough time for an experienced mechanic working without the need for specialist tools or workshop equipment.
*Rarely does one job need more tools than i can bring with me for that first 60mins of the call-out — If specialist tools, workshop equipment, or new parts, which i'll need to source and order are required, i may offer to take your bike back to my workshop in BS6, where i can research, order and fit the right parts, before test-riding your bike to complete the job.

i cannot take most eBikes back to my workshop, because they are too heavy to lift onto my car rack & work on safely when on my bike stand.
