STANDARD Mobile (call-out) Service
Please book ahead to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Operates Monday–Friday, during 'normal' business hours.
Includes 1st 60mins labour. After the 1st 60mins, a surcharge for extra labour applies @£45/hr (rounded up to nearest 15mins).
New Schwalbe inner tubes, brake pads or any other common consumable parts will be subject to an additional charge.
PRIORITY Mobile (Call-Out) Service
Operates Monday–Friday, during and sometimes outside business hours.
As it's YOUR priority, i will tell you quickly if i can re-prioritise my time to get to you the same day.
Includes the 1st 60mins labour. After the 1st 60mins, labour is charged at £75/hr (rounded up to nearest 15mins).
New Schwalbe inner tubes, brake pads or any other common consumable parts will be subject to an additional charge.

The aim of my Mobile call-out Bike Repair Service is to prioritise the one fix / repair that gets you back on the road quickly, not to turn one job into ten, if i find many more common maintenance issues, which are almost always due to irregular bike servicing.
The aim of my Mobile call-out Bike Repair Service is to prioritise the one fix / repair that gets you back on the road quickly, not to turn one job into ten, if i find many more common maintenance issues, which are almost always due to irregular bike servicing.
Most common single repairs and fault-diagnoses can be sorted within an hour — that's typically enough time for an experienced mechanic working without the need for specialist tools or workshop equipment.

*Rarely does one job need more tools than i can bring with me for that first 60mins of the call-out — If specialist tools, workshop equipment, or new parts, which i'll need to source and order are required, i will offer to take your bike back to my workshop in BS6, where i can research, order and fit the right parts, before test riding your bike to complete the job.

i cannot take some eBikes back to my workshop, because they are often too heavy to lift onto the car rack or work safely with on my bike stand and those kinds of risks are not covered by my business insurance.
